The objective of the assignment was to “Peruse, Sort, Compile and Present a Report on Twenty-three thousand, five hundred and ninety-two (23,592) applications received by the Office of the Head of Local Government Service (OHLGS) as part of its recruitment process” for the eleven (11) positions advertised”.   14. Annual Performance Evaluation Report on the Central Region Regional Coordinating Council (RCC) and Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs). The objective of the assignment was to elicit evidence of performance achievements to establish the true status of performance achievements reflected in the ratings and scores of the RCC/MMDAs for 2016.
  15. Assessed the Performance of twenty-eight (28) MMDAs in the Greater Accra and the Volta regions of Ghana, using the Functional and Organisational Assessment Tool (FOAT). (2011)
  16. Facilitated an international workshop for Traditional Rulers in West Africa that was held in Nigeria (2006).
  17. Facilitated a five-Day International Workshop on Building Competencies for Mainstream Gender, Endemic Diseases (Malaria) held in Maputo. (2006)
  18. Prepared Development Plans for 34 Paramountcies and 40 Pilot Communities under Asanteman Council/World Bank Promoting Partnerships with Traditional Authorities Project (PPTAP). (2006)
  19. Developed the 1st and 2nd Medium –Term Strategic Business Plans (2000-2004) and (2005-2009) respectively for the National Association of Local Authorities, Ghana (NALAG).
  20. Prepared Trainers and Trainees Manual for all Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies in Ghana. (2004)
  21. Facilitated a workshop and delivered a paper onFinancing Local Governments in Africa” at the inaugural meeting of the African Local Governments Association (UCLA) that brought together over 5000 local government practitioners in Africa in Pretoria, South Africa in 2004.
  22. Capacity Building Support for District Assemblies under the Programme for Rural Action (PRA) funded by GTZ Pentax developed and delivered a manual on Financial Management using, among other things, the Organisational Development (OD) model, facilitated a workshop for key stakeholders on the Manual and on the programme for rural action for the Hohoe and Atebubu Districts, using interactive and participatory methodologies and delivered a Final Report to the client.
