National Opinion Research Center (NORC) of the United States of America- Undertook Baseline Survey under the Feeder Roads component of United States sponsored Millennium Development Authority (MiDA) Project in Ghana. (2009)

GOPA, Germany

GOPA, Germany- Conducted a survey to assess the impact of the project “IMPACT-Mars Partnership for Cocoa Communities of Tomorrow” in selected cocoa growing areas in the central and western regions of Ghana. (2010)

Capacity Building for Rural Enterprise Program and Business Advisory Centres (BACs)

The Rural Enterprises Program (REP) program commissioned Pentax Management Consultancy Services Ltd (Pentax) to enhance the capacity of REP/ Business Advisory Centres (BACs) to better manage the Delivery of Training Services for Rural Entrepreneurs in all the one hundred and sixty one (161) Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies covering all the ten (10) Administrative Regions in Ghana. By this program the partnership between the Business Advisory Centres (BACs) in the Districts BACs and Business Development Service (BDS) providers were strengthened to better deliver Technical and Managerial services to Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs). For the first time, twenty (20) Technical and ten (10) Managerial Standard manuals were developed for the REP program which could be mainstreamed for the National Board for Small Scale Industries (NBSSI) for the Capacity Building of the MSMEs practitioners. (2015-2016)

Copenhagen Development Consulting (CDC) of Denmark

Copenhagen Development Consulting (CDC) of Denmark- Conducted a survey and developed a Monitoring and Evaluation strategy and Monitoring and Evaluation Plans for the twelve (12) Local Authorities (MMDAs) under the project; developed User-Manuals on the Monitoring and Evaluation Application System and trained potential users in the application of the system; Monitored and Evaluated the Conditional Inclusion Transfers (CIT) of the Social inclusion Package in order to facilitate the viability of the initiative and draw up lessons and Conducted Mid-term Evaluation of project interventions to system to track the output and impact of the Urban Poverty Reduction Project (UPRP) of Social Investment Fund (SIF) and Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development (MLRD), Ghana.

GOPA, Germany in the implementation of the Regional Indicative Programme (RIP) to design and Install a database Monitoring and Evaluation System at the ECOWAS Secretariat for the disbursement of the allocated € 257m on the 9th Round of the European Development Fund (EDF) for ECOWAS in Abuja, Nigeria. (2006-2009)

International Executive Services Cooperation (IESC) America

International Executive Services Cooperation (IESC) America, in the implementation of the USD 40.3m Agriculture Credit Project of MIDA which seeks to build the capacity of accredited Financial Institutions in the MIDA intervention zones to help transform Agriculture Production in Ghana from the current subsistence to commercial level through efficient delivery of Agriculture Loan Services to the farmer based organizations and Agriculture SMEs using the value chain approach. (2008 – 2010).

GOPA, Germany, in the implementation of phase II of the DANIDA/GTZ funded Support Programme for Enterprise Empowerment Development (SPEED II). It is a Euro € 11.9 million programme that supported the Business Sector Development in Ghana through strengthening mainly the Institutional Environment of Enterprise Support Services in Ghana. (2006-2010)

Bureau of Integrated Rural Development (BIRD) of KNUST

Bureau of Integrated Rural Development (BIRD) of KNUST- Conducted a SWOT Analysis Survey for the Roots and Tuber producers in Ghana at the instance of the Roots and Tuber Improvement Project (RTIMP) sponsored by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). (2009)

Capacity Building Fund Manager (CBFM)

Capacity Building Fund Manager (CBFM) for the capacity building of Microfinance Institutions in Ghana for the six (6) year (2011 – 2016) IFAD/GOG funded Rural Agricultural Finance Programme (RAFiP)- The task of the CBFM covered Advisory and Technical support to the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, facilitation of the microfinance fora, Policy dialogue, Shortlisting and Supervision of Technical Service Providers, Standardization of Manuals for capacity building of the Microfinance Institutions namely Credit Unions, Microfinance companies, Savings & Loans companies, Financial NGOs Money Lenders and Susu collectors and their Apex Associations in Ghana as well as Technical Assistance to the Rural and Agricultural Finance Programme (RAFiP) Programme Office in Rural, Micro and Agricultural finance issues. (2011-2016)

Empretec Ghana Foundation

Empretec Ghana Foundation- Built the capacity of Sixteen Farmer Based Organizations in Fanteakwa District to facilitate lending to them by MiDA accredited Rural and Community Banks under the Agricultural Projects components of Ghana Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) project sponsored by the Government of the United States of America and managed by Millennium Development Authority (MiDA), Ghana. (2011)

Developed a Service Charter for the African Union Commission (AUC) for key service departments including Directorate of Conference Management and Publishing (DCMP);Directorate of Administration and Human Resources Development (AHRMD); Directorate of Programming, Budgeting, Finance and Accounting (PBFA); Medical Services Directorate (MSD) all of the African Union Commission (AUC). (2014)

Local Bank Training Service Provider

Local Bank Training Service Provider of the Millennium Development Authority (MiDA)- Developed Training manuals/modules, selected Training Service Providers and facilitated and Quality Assured Training on Loan Delinquency Management, Loan Structuring and Restructuring, Loan Documentation, Enterprise Level Cash flow Lending, Basic Assets and Liability Management and Agricultural Value Chain Financing to improve general Credit Administration and loan recovery under the Agricultural Credit Programme (ACP) for staff of Participating Financial Institutions. (2010-2011)

T&B Consult in the implementation of the phase I of the USD10m Danish/ Ghana / German Support Programme for Enterprise Empowerment and Development (SPEED I) – The programme supported business sector development in Ghana through strengthening mainly the Institutional Environment of Enterprise Support Services in Ghana. (2003-2006).

Facilitating Agency for the Informal sector component of the Rurual Financial Services Programme (RFSP)

Facilitating Agency for the Informal sector component of the Rurual Financial Services Programme (RFSP) funded by the Government of Ghana, IDA/World Bank, IFAD, AfDB. The facilitating agency provided technical advisory services and managed the 70 consultancy firms and NGOs serving as the Training Providers to Self-Help groups, community-based organisations, Credit Unions, Susu and Co-operative Associations countrywide. The project involved the provision of managerial training, evaluation and quality assurance task meant to facilitate capacity building of the Rural Micro Financial Institutions in Ghana (2002-2008)
