Edem Kwame Tornyie is a dynamic person who is always interested in achieving results and an excellent team player. He has expertise in decentralised development planning and management; provision of training and capacity-building services.
He holds a Master’s degree in Development Planning and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Planning from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana.
Recently he has been involved in a nationwide survey assessing the performance of Ghanaian Women Micro Entrepreneurs and the Youth access to financial and Non-financial services. He has been involved in conducting researches for project implementation and management as well as provision of capacity-building services to local and international institutions.
Edem also served as a Zonal Manager for Central and Western Regions of Ghana under the Rural Enterprises Programme. He was responsible for coordination and facilitation of Training Programmes for Business Development Services Providers (BDS).
