  1. Pentax facilitated Training Workshops on Self and People Management, Positive Attitude and Effective Supervisory Skills and Customer Orientation Workshop for Line Managers and Supervisors of Glico Group and Self and People Management, Positive Attitude and Customer Orientation Workshop for Cross Section OF GLICO Staff. The assignment was undertaken to build the capacity and deepen Knowledge and Skills of Participants on People Management, Target Setting, Effective Supervision, Time and Performance Management and Enhance Participants Knowledge and Skills in Positive Attitude, “Can do” Mindset and Customer Orientation.   2. Pentax facilitated Training Workshop for the Business Linkages Programme on Strategic Leadership and Succession Planning for EMPRETECH GHANA. The assignment was undertaken to build the capacity and deepen Entrepreneurs Knowledge and Skills in Strategic Leadership and Succession Planning to improve productivity and efficiency in their operations.   3. Pentax facilitated a Training Workshop for Newly Transitioned Managerial Staff of Palmers Green International Limited (PGIL). The purpose of the assignment is to train newly transitioned managerial staff using participatory and interactive approaches inSelf-Management and Emotional Intelligence, Positive Attitude and “Can Do Mindset”, General Management covering; Manager Versus Leader, Effective Supervision, Time Management, Decision Making, Teamwork and People Management.   6.  Pentax facilitated a workshop and delivered a Paper on “Stock-taking on Local Economic Development in Ghana for the National Association of Local Authorities (NALAG) and the Association of Cities in Northrhine-Westfalia/Stadtetag Nordrhein-Westfalen (STNRW) Germany at the Mensvic Hotel in Accra (2013).
  7. Pentax delivered a presentation to the New Leadership Team of the Assemblies of God Church, Ghana on the theme “Making the Church More Relevant in the 21st Century” and also the Relevance of Strategic Planning to the Assemblies of God Church in Accra, Ghana (2011)
  8. Pentax delivered a paper on Building an Efficiency Culture within the Ghana Police Service: The Role of the Supervisor at the Police Headquarters in Accra Ghana 2011 and also on the Institutional Re-orientation for Enhanced Corporate Image and Performance in the Ghana Police Service (GPS).   9. Organized and facilitated a two-day retreat for the Administrative Staff of the Regional office for Africa (RAF), Sub Regional Office for West and the Ghana Country Office of FAO with the broad objective of strengthening their capacity in Results-based Management, Effective Communication Skills and Change Management as well as develop a Road Map for delivering more effective support services to clients and stakeholders.   10. Pentax delivered a paper on “Optimising Local Economic Development through Decentralization” at the National Stakeholders Conference on Decentralization in Accra, Ghana. (2010).
  11. Pentax organized and facilitated Training and Capacity Building services in Monitoring and Reporting for nine (9) Implementing Entities (IEs) of Millennium Development Authority (MiDA). The key objective of the assignment was to provide Training and Technical Assistance (TA) services in Monitoring and Reporting (M&R) and Data Management to nine (9) Implementing Entities of MiDA (2009-2010).
  12. Pentax facilitated the Improvement of Credit Services for On-Farm and Value-chain Investment’s training workshop organised to create awareness and sensitise staff of Farmer Based Organisation (FBOs) and Financial Non-Governmental Organisations (FNGOs) under Millennium Development Authority’s (MiDA) Agricultural Credit Programme (ACP) of Ghana (2008 – 2010).
  13. Pentax was contracted by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Office of the Head of the Civil Service (OHSC) to assist in the training of the middle leadership of the Civil service under the project entitled, “Capacity Development of Government Administration”. The purpose of the assignment was to strengthen the capacity of the leadership to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Civil Service. (2007)
  14. Capacity Development of Government Administration in the Thematic Area of Leadership. Pentax was contracted to assist in the training of the middle leadership of the Civil service under the project entitled “Capacity Development of Government Administration”. Pentax developed questionnaires executing a baseline survey on leadership knowledge, skills, attitudes etc., for middle level staff of the Ghana Civil Service, conducted a Pilot Survey of selected OHSC staff to solicit inputs and valuable information from the OHSC staff as to the status quo and their challenges, expectations and objectives, developed customized training modules for the training of middle level leadership of the OHSC and conducted Training of Trainers workshops for the middle level staff of OHSC.   15. Pentax facilitated an International workshop for the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) on its proposed development of “Right To Play” (RTP) held in Accra, Ghana in (2006).
  16. Pentax was the Consultant that facilitated a workshop for CIDA staff on a retreat with the broad objectives of providing an opportunity to strengthen the Ghana Team for CIDA and to strengthen team-building among staff in pursuit of CIDA Ghana program goals in 2006.
  17. The President’s Special Initiative (PSI) in Ghana has the objective of poverty reduction through a number of practical strategies including increasing the efficiency of the staff of Government employees to facilitate effective and timely delivery of services towards program objective.  To this end, Pentax was hired by the Ministry of Trade & Industry to facilitate a workshop for Chief Directors & Regional Coordinating Directors of Ghana at Greenland Hotel, Agona Swedru on Effective Leadership and Management practices.   18.  As part of continuing measures to significantly improve upon economic growth in Ghana, Pentax was contracted by DFID to facilitate the workshop attended by high-ranking Ministers of State, key Policy Makers and Developing Partners Representatives on the theme “How Can Ghana Achieve Growth and Prosperity?” (2005)
  19. Pentax was contracted by the Department of Feeder Roads (DFR), Ghana to undertake a training programme for the Department’s Senior Management and Selected Middle Management Staff. The programme was on “Activity-Based Management Practices” for the purpose of enhancing management’s effectiveness and efficiency towards achieving objectives of the DFR, namely, to improve and expand feeder roads in Ghana in order to accelerate socio-economic development as part of the efforts towards poverty reduction using outdoor and outbound Adult Training techniques at Little Acre Hotel, Aburi, Ghana in (2003).
  20. Pentax Provided Consultancy Services under the Village Infrastructure Project (VIP) for the Training of Groups and Associations in Group Dynamics. The programme was funded by the World Bank for the period (2002 – 2003).
  21. Pentax delivered a paper on the Principles of Management for Entrepreneurs Ghana under a “Practitioners Forum on Entrepreneurship” organized by Ghana Institute of Management & Public Administration (GIMPA), Accra, Ghana. The forum was attended by key members and stakeholders as well as management practitioners and Consultants in Ghana and outside. (2001).
  22. Training Management for Business Leadership Programme. (A postgraduate Management Programme certified by Nottingham Trent University, UK) in partnership with Financial Times Management, U.K. A Nottingham Trent accredited Postgraduate Management Programme run by Financial Times Knowledge (U.K) on behalf of Standard Chartered Bank PLC for selected staff in Standard Chartered Bank Ghana. The Consultant provided tuition and tutorial support to participants on programme and Marked scripts and forwarding results to Financial Times Knowledge (U.K) (1998)
