Pentax was contracted to conduct the Executive Recruitment and Selection for Three (3) Senior Management positions for GCB Bank Limited. Pentax interviewed candidates and submitted three (3) best candidates to Management for Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer, Head, Corporate Banking Department and Head, Support Services Department positions in the bank respectively. Pentax was contracted to conduct the Executive Search for Seven (7) Key Management positions for Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) Limited. Pentax identified, shortlisted and interviewed candidates and submitted three (3) best candidates for the Board’s final selection for the Seven (7) Management positions in the bank, two (2) of which are General Manager Operations and Company Secretary. Pentax provided Consultancy services for the Institutional Review, Re-design of Corporate Organogram, and Development of Job Descriptions including the newly created Chief Operating Office for the Ghana Oil Company Limited (GOIL).
